What You Will Do:
As a Financial Analyst, you will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable business strategy. You will work closely with leadership to interpret complex financial trends and provide insights that help us stay ahead of the market.
Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop robust financial models to project revenue growth, expense trends, and profitability for various business units.
- Budget Management: Assist in the annual budgeting process and manage ongoing financial planning, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Variance Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis of actuals versus budgets, identifying variances and providing actionable recommendations to management.
- Reporting & Presentation: Prepare clear, concise monthly and quarterly financial reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to financial reporting systems and data collection processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial documentation adheres to internal controls and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to synthesize complex datasets and translate them into meaningful business insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-financial audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry, reconciliation, and financial documentation.
