Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial modeling and variance analysis for client portfolios
- Develop dynamic dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI and Excel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and strategic planning
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or advisory settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and Power BI
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and SQL databases
