Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic decision-making
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and planning processes
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex financial insights
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects to support business initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise presentations and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience with demonstrated technical proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
