Responsibilities
- Perform financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Conduct budget reviews and assist in the development of the annual operating budget.
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cash flow and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA/CFA preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
