Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support the company’s strategic planning initiatives.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future revenues, expenses, and profitability.
- Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently across departments.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements through detailed data review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret financial data and support business decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and trends.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present financial concepts to non-finance personnel clearly.
