Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
- Prepare executive-level presentations using PowerPoint and Tableau
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and improvement areas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification (CFA, CPA) a significant plus
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder presentations
