Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for business units
- Prepare detailed variance reports and executive presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned departments
- Present financial insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
