- Collect, organize, and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering input from various departments.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Conduct market research to provide insights on industry trends and competitive positioning.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership regarding financial performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is a plus.
- No prior professional experience required; we value potential and attitude over specific history.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
