Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare annual budgets, monitor performance against targets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and market research to identify trends and drive revenue growth initiatives.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
- Present financial data and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
