Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA/CFA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus.
