Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets for key business units
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial policies
- Maintain and enhance financial databases for accurate reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex modeling)
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Deep understanding of financial statement analysis and valuation methodologies
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
