Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive management review.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgeted figures.
- Assist in the budget planning process and support long-term strategic planning initiatives.
- Perform external and internal research to analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and economic factors.
- Communicate financial insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements to enhance profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial planning role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial reporting software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical data to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a strong plus.
