Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to predict future performance and assess business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Assist in the annual audit process and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-financial audiences.
