Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business cases and capital project evaluations.
- Maintain accurate financial models and ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and analysis (FP&A).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus.
