Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting initiatives.
- Prepare detailed variance analysis reports comparing actuals to budget and forecasts.
- Conduct deep-dive research on market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline budgeting processes and improve resource allocation.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual board presentations.
- Ensure all financial reporting complies with GAAP and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, ratio analysis, and cash flow management.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and present clear findings.
