Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and strategic opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards highlighting key KPIs
- Lead budgeting cycles and variance analysis across departments
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for strategic initiatives
- Streamline financial processes using automation and data visualization tools
- Present findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 4+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Certification in financial modeling or data analysis (e.g., FMVA, DA) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- Proven track record of driving process improvements
