As a key member of our finance division, you'll partner with executive leadership to optimize financial performance, identify market opportunities, and mitigate risks. Our commitment to professional development includes quarterly training stipends and a clear path to senior leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to produce comprehensive reports
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual operating budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements through variance analysis
- Present findings to executive stakeholders using data visualization tools like Tableau
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations in all financial reporting
- Support M&A activities due diligence and integration planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial modeling and valuation methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to non-financial audiences
- CPA or CFA designation preferred
