Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with clear narrative explanations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, strategic planning, and M&A activities
- Automate financial processes using advanced Excel functions and BI tools
- Present complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate or fintech setting
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles and regulatory compliance
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders
