Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for portfolio companies
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform investment strategies
- Prepare detailed financial statements and variance reports for executive review
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Present financial insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Streamline financial processes using automation and advanced Excel/Power BI tools
- Monitor budget adherence and recommend cost optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in investment or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and Power BI
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, comps), and scenario analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
- Proficiency with SQL and financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet)
