Responsibilities
- Perform financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic business decisions
- Analyze variance reports and KPIs to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and regulatory compliance documentation
- Develop ad-hoc analytical reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Lead budgeting cycles and expense tracking across multiple departments
- Evaluate investment opportunities through ROI analysis and risk assessment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial initiatives with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Certification (CFA, CPA) preferred or equivalent analytical credentials
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communicator of complex financial concepts to non-technical audiences
