Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to generate investment reports
- Develop financial models and forecasts for casino, hotel, and entertainment clients
- Prepare variance analysis reports comparing actual vs. budgeted performance
- Collaborate with executive teams to present findings and strategic recommendations
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting financial compliance in Nevada's gaming industry
- Lead quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders
- Maintain and optimize financial databases using Excel, SQL, and Tableau
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience with gaming/hospitality industry preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and financial modeling
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to handle large datasets
- Proven experience presenting complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
