Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and market trends for 15+ regional clients
- Develop comprehensive financial models including cash flow projections and ROI analyses
- Prepare executive-level reports highlighting investment opportunities and risk factors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting financial compliance and reporting requirements
- Lead quarterly business reviews with client stakeholders to present findings
- Maintain accurate financial databases using advanced Excel and SQL techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial modeling tools (Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet)
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of California's agricultural and healthcare sectors
