Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets for departmental initiatives
- Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations on KPIs, ROI, and financial performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and cost management
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting M&A and expansion opportunities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal financial controls
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis methodologies
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear executive narratives
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau/Power BI) highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
