Responsibilities

- Build and maintain detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Prepare executive presentations translating complex metrics into strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with investment teams to optimize portfolio performance
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial policies
- Mentor junior analysts through quarterly training initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial modeling experience in corporate or advisory settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial software (SAP, Oracle)
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to C-suite executives
- Proven track record of improving financial decision-making processes
- Deep understanding of Kansas regional economic indicators
