Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations translating complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with organizational goals
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing variance analysis and improvement recommendations
- Lead quarterly business reviews with senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Streamline financial reporting processes using automation and advanced Excel techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical thinking with ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-suite audiences
- Proven track record of delivering accurate financial insights under tight deadlines
