Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis and prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Assist in the development, tracking, and management of the annual budget and long-term forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgeted figures.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and financial risks within the organization to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes and reduce unnecessary costs.
- Ensure all financial reporting complies with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
