Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to inform investment strategies
- Build and maintain complex financial models using Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities across Southeast markets
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and financial modeling
- CFA or MBA preferred; CPA candidates considered
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives
