Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Perform detailed variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgeted targets.
- Prepare and present clear, concise monthly financial reports and executive summaries to senior management.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial viability of new product launches and operational initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting in compliance with GAAP and internal control standards.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA, macros, and financial functions.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data for non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
