Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop monthly/quarterly performance reports for executive leadership
- Create financial models for budget forecasting and scenario planning
- Prepare detailed variance analysis comparing actual vs. projected performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
- Streamline financial reporting processes using Excel and ERP systems
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visual dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- Experience in retail or consumer goods industry a plus
