Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to forecast trends, identify risks, and support strategic planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and deliver performance dashboards to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including market analysis and ROI evaluations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Certification (CPA, CMA) or advanced degree strongly preferred
