Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, variance reports, and management presentations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, develop operating forecasts, and assist in long-term financial planning.
- Cost Management: Analyze operational costs to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Support strategic initiatives by conducting feasibility studies and ROI analysis for proposed projects.
- Compliance & Audits: Assist external auditors and internal compliance teams during audits and regulatory reviews.
- Data Visualization: Utilize tools like Tableau or PowerBI to create intuitive dashboards for executive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, PivotTables) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, actionable business insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GAAP and generally accepted accounting principles.
