Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for departmental leadership
- Prepare monthly/quarterly performance dashboards and executive presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Streamline financial reporting processes using advanced Excel functions and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
