Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and analysis for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Prepare monthly financial reports and executive dashboards highlighting key performance metrics
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue streams
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic planning
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial valuation
- Develop and maintain automated financial reporting systems
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 4+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC regulations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
