Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present complex financial reports, including monthly P&L reviews and annual budget presentations to executive leadership.
- Conduct in-depth research and modeling to project future financial trends and assess the financial impact of potential business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the company’s financial models and forecasting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related areas.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and experience with financial modeling software.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
