Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze market trends and financial data to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Develop actionable insights from complex financial datasets to guide business strategy
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance metrics with regular dashboard updates
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in tech or growth-oriented industries
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex financial concepts clearly
