Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights for executive leadership
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost management
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting business initiatives and investment decisions
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities to translate complex data for non-finance stakeholders
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
