Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to produce actionable reports and forecasts
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with variance analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial valuation
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visual dashboards and presentations
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong quantitative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for translating complex data to stakeholders
