Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze variance reports and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and executive dashboards for leadership review
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Evaluate capital expenditure proposals using ROI analysis and NPV calculations
- Streamline financial reporting processes through automation and data visualization tools
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and integration financial analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven track record of improving financial processes through technology and innovation
