Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvements
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and monitor performance against targets
- Generate executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support business initiatives and cost optimization
- Maintain accurate financial databases and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and pivot tables
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting systems (ERP/SAP) and BI tools
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to translate financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis methodologies
