Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and strategic plans
- Monitor KPIs and deliver executive-ready dashboards and presentations
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and investments
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong SQL and Power BI/Tableau skills
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
