Responsibilities
- Analyze monthly financial statements and prepare variance reports to explain differences against budget and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning and budgeting cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide financial insights for operational decisions.
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor financial performance.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related area.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
