Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare executive-ready reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics against strategic goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
