Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to produce comprehensive financial models and forecasts
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual performance, recommending corrective actions
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Develop ad-hoc financial analyses for strategic initiatives and M&A activities
- Maintain and enhance financial databases and reporting tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or advisory settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and financial modeling
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with ability to present to non-financial stakeholders
- CPA or CFA designation highly valued
