Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to forecast performance
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Create detailed variance reports comparing actual vs. projected outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects for new market opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
