Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and variance reports
- Support strategic planning by conducting market research and competitive analysis
- Develop financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and project profitability
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost control
- Present complex financial insights to senior leadership through compelling visual reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
