Your Key Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst at Apex, you will be responsible for the following:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Assist in the budgeting process, monitor actual performance against the budget, and provide variance explanations.
- Identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Present financial data and insights to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
