- Present complex financial insights through clear, actionable reports and presentations
- Monitor compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in government contracting or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and pivot tables
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and federal financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial software
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA) a significant plus
