Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support organizational goals.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain complex budget models and cash flow projections.
- Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities within financial data to drive strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish budgets and monitor spending efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and compliance reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index/Match) and financial modeling software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
