Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and forecast revenue/expense patterns
- Create comprehensive financial models and variance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and strategic plans
- Present complex financial insights through compelling visualizations and presentations
- Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead process improvement initiatives using advanced analytical tools
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
