Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across business units
- Develop financial models for scenario planning and investment analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations and dashboards
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects for operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
